Hi, My son is six months old now. From few days i am observing his skin on cheeks and near elbow has become rough and scaly. He is crawling now and eating ceralac.we wipe his mouth with a wet cloth after having ceralac

Hi. For dry skin you can apply coconut oil immediately after bath over to affected area. You can alternatively use Aloegrace cream. If not responding in a week or so, pls see a nearby Pediatrician. Other than dryness due to cold weather, he may have some other problem if there is no improvement. Also weight of your is mentioned 4 kg. If it is correct, then you must see a Pediatrician as it is too low for 6 months baby.
