Dryness near one nipple

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi. I am having dryness near one nipple. My hands and other body also feels dry and I end applying moisturizer multiple times during day..still it feels dry .suggest what is to be done.i was diagnosed with hypothyroid 2 months back .
