Dryness due to movicol use
I am using Movicol due to dry stool problem, but because of it the dryness in my body has increased. If I decrease the dose the dryness decreases. So is there any alternate to movicol?
Psyllium husk is not suiting my body so can't take it.

Increase water and liquid intake avoid tea or coffee or any kind of liquor .
Add fiber also to your diet.
Instead of movicol you can try syp cremaffin plus 10ml after dinner with water

It's a anticonstipating agent as such.
Use of isabgol husk ( softovac )two tsf two times a day with water is good choice. Non habit forming.
