Dryness around eye and eyelids

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Dryness of eyelid have been a problem to since 3-4 months and now skin around eye is also becoming dry and rough . I apply vaseline but it is not curing. It seems to be like dandruff. Is this a common problem and please suggest some cure
