Dryness and Redness In eyes

My name is Mohit Sharma. I have dryness and redness in my eyes , same as may in 2021 . Doctor suggest me zywet eye drop for dryness and prednol for redness. This drop help me a lot but 1-2 month I started taking different drop company name but salt content is same and right now I am feeling dryness in my eyes . I want to ask question-does I need change the drop or I start before drop
