Dryness and itchy skin

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Having dry and itchy skin on forehead, back part of neck and above eyebrows. Layer of skin is comin out. It becomes red in sun. I have tried momate, dipsalic and dermikem OC for the same but on neck it goes for sometimes when i use dipsalic and then comes back. But on forehead there is no effect.
