Dry white patches

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi, I have white dry patches on my face as seen in attached pic. Having this since almost a month now. Will it spread over my entire face? Is it okay to apply moisturizer? How can I make it less visible? Applying makeup makes it look more evident. Any natural remedies to remove it?
