Good evening doctor I need your help actually recently I breakup with my gf, 5 year long relationship. I have in so much pain because I loved her madly. I want to forget her so some of my friend suggested spit tabacco. I used it regularly for 5-6 times for last 15 days and spit many times. Today I feel dry throat, throat pain and low voice. Not problem in drinking water or food but problem in swallow saliva. Actually I AM a patient of health anxiety so I have continued thoughts it is throat cancer or anything else. This thought makes me so sensitive and mad. Please suggest some effective treatment for dry throat or suggest any home treatment. One more thing when I move my neck some feeling in vocal cord means heaviness. But not swelling no other symptoms like cough, fever etc. Please help answer me
