I am suffering from dryness in my throat for last 4-5 days.It seems some cough is accumulated but i am not able to take it out.sometimes i have slight pain in my throat too.i am doing gargling.what shall i do.

Do warm salt water gargle thrice daily and take paracetamol if there is pain. Try this for 3-4 days , if pain increases start antibiotics.
