Dry Throat
I am having dry throat since evening of 2nd of May. Next day I had 99° fever, which lasted for 2 days. I took Dolo 650 for 2 days, Now taking Azithral 500 once a day, Benadryl syrup thrice a day, Limcee once a day, A to Z once a day, Pan 40 once a day. I am doing home medications too. On 5th May, I had Rapid Antigen Test, which was NEGATIVE. Now I am having cold(taking Cetrizine for that), along with dry throat. What to do now?

I see that you are taking medications based on your symptoms. That is good. However,  a rapid antigen test is not confirmatory of Covid. It is suggested that you take an RT-PCR to confirm as you have symptoms.  Further, in the current scenario,  any symptoms similar to the ones you are facing are to be treated as covid unless otherwise proven...
