Dry skin under toenail
I used to have dry skin and some itching under left toenail in last summers. The doctor advised me to use clonate and change from official to casual comfortable shoes. The problem was solved for few months but since few weeks it has started again even though I mostly use sports shoes now. I used coconut oil and sometimes clonate again but it gives temporary relief. What should I do?

Pls get checked by a dermatologist to rule out any local fungal infection . Using such a strong steroid if it's fungal infection is an absolute contradiction and will worsen it
