Dry Skin Rash
How to treat dry skin rashes at home? My skin surface has gone rough. After using oil and body lotion my desire for itching has reduced but hasn't gone away.  Unfortunately, skin surface has not repaired. It feels as if it has hardened and light brown spots have been developed. What should I do. Please suggest.

Use a urea or glycolic acid based cream. Discuss with your dermatologist, since if there's any early eczema, then different set of creams may be needed. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal, Bengaluru
