Dry skin on face, help

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I had Second-degree burns from the sun when I was in middle school. I am now 21 years old & I still battle with skin issues on my face. My face is extremely dry, peels like a snake. If I even touch or scratch my face it flakes up. I currently use a cleanser, exfoliator, serum, & moisturizer from a company called Seva. However, their products are $40.00 each & I need to get them monthly since I use them daily and the bottles are not big. PLEASE Help me find other products or techniques I can
