Facial Skin is drying out easily and makes uncomfortable and diminished her self confidence. Even in limbs skin also getting dry easily. It's common problem in all weather conditions but worst in winter. Kindly Guide

Hi, For dry skin certain changes in your regular routine is important. To start with use a moisturising soap or a cleanser to take bath and bathing should be with Luke warm water. As soon as you take bath apply a moisturiser when the skin is still wet which will help in retaining the moisture of skin. Moisturiser should be applied at least twice in a day and it should be cream based.your dermatologist can help you with the type of moisturiser suitable for your skin.Drink lots of water.
