I have suffering with dry skin. And skin will be peeling please suggest me any fairness creams mostly about face

Greetings.  Use a moisturiser like cetaphil or dermadew cream for dryness.  Fairness treatments are not permanent.  You should see a qualified dermatologist near you and discuss treatment for healthy clear skin which is more important rather than fair skin!
