Dry skin after taking medicines for acne

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I was having acne issues . My skin is oily. I consulted a dermatologist and she prescribed me with sotret and glucell. After taking these medicines for couple of days(7days),it feels irritation and my skin has become totally dry. Is it normal after taking these medicines or should i discontinue ?
