Dry, itchy peeling skin on face.

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My cheeks have areas that are itchy, dry, red and peeling sometimes my nose and eyebrow area. Nothing seems to help clear it up and if I exfoliate and apply moisturizer it burns. What cream, lotion, face wash etc can help?
