Dry fruits during pregnancy
I want to know how much dry fruits should my wife eat during second trimester.. Also please suggest should she eat them directly or soaked overnight..

50gms per day is enough.  Have good amount Of water. Not necessarily to soak and eat. If you know tamil, watch dr jayashree sharma diet in you tube , focal plane media.

Dry fruits are pure proteins.if you don't have it regularly, digestion problem can come. Actual requirements 1 gm per kg body weight.for details about diet in pregnancy go to my you tube channel drjayeshpregatips see video pregnancy care
