Can I use dexafree eye drops 1mg while 6 weeks pregnant as I have dry eyes, very itchy and burning

You can. Limit it once or twice for 5days, if it has been prescribed by the doctor because steroids without consulting is dangerous. Never ever do self medication you might end up paying the price for it very heavily due to damage it can do to you.
