My doctor advised using pegtears eyedrops 3-4 times in a day. Because of eyedrops I am having itching in left eye and tears also but nothing in right eye.

We need to check for the degree of dryness in your eyes. Severe dryness may be a cause of itching. Also any degree of allergic conjunctivitis may have set in which also cause itching.

Hello a. this itching does not seem to be related to eyedrop use.. it could be due to allergy eye disease or dryness itself. b. keep using this drop and try cold compresses c. use goggles when you move outdoors d. restrict screen time share eye pics for evaluation
