Use only eyemist forte twice a day.. discontinue all other drops. Make sure u are wearing your glasses when you use digital screens.. take frequent short breaks of 5 minutes every hour. During which you look away from the screen and bling your eyes a few times voluntarily

Each person reacts differently to the same drops. So I would suggest you to show nearby ophthalmologist and keep a regular follow up with him/her. At our centre we practice a step ladder approach towards dry eyes. If necessary some blood investigations might also be required. U can visit us also at khanna medicare centre for further management.
Next Steps
might need preservative free eye drops

You need not use Nepalact eye drop. It's usually prescribed for retinal issues. You can start using Refresh tears eye drop 4 times a day. Reduce the brightness of the laptop screen to a comfortable level. Follow 20-20 rule while working on laptop which means that after every 20 mins of screen time take a break of 20 secs and change your focus to an object kept at a faraway distance. Avoid using laptop or mobile in the dark. Gentamicin isn't needed either. It can cause side effects if used for a longer period.
