  4. Dry eye nerves. In curing eye nerves?

Dry eye nerves.
Doctor suggested me two eye drops namely bromvue and teardrop. What is the function of this two drops. Doc also said me that eye nerves are dry . Will the above mentioned eye drop will help in curing eye nerves ??

Hello Bromvue is bromfenac which is anti inflammatory.... this takes care of mild inflammation Teardrop is lubricating eyedrop which will take care of dryness
