Dry cough since last 4-5 days
R/ Madam, my daughter Vrinda, age 6 years is suffering from dry cough since last 4-5 days. We use Torex dry cough syrup but no relax.

Start. Syrp. Alex junior 5ml thrice a day for 4days Otrivin p nasal drops 1drop in each nostril 4 times a day for 3days  if running nose /blocked nose.
