Dry cough.. hay fever
My son is 11 years old. From 5 years he had hay fever. Every year he is getting hay fever on October or November.. From November he is getting dry cough with lightly sneezing.. He is taking montair lc and rotocaps from 3 months.. but 50% improvement. How many days he has to take medication. He has 2000 ige levels. Did any naturally treatment

He needs investigation to rule out Aspergillosis like fungal infection. Better to use spacer and inhaler rather than rotahaler. May need spirometry for lung function test. Go for skin allergy testing and immunotherapy if available there
