Dry cough from last 2 days
I'm having dry cough from last 2 days, before that I had cold which is better now after taking cetrizine tablet but dry cough is getting more and more

If you do not have fever it could be an allergic cough.
Next Steps
In place of Cetrizine take Tab Montair LC one tablet at bed time. Also take some cough suppressants like Cheston CS or Piritone CS 10 ml three times a day for 5 days. See your physician if it doesn't subside in a few days time
