Dry cough for 2 weeks
My fatther is suffrng frm dry cough for 2 weeks now he's feeling some pain in stomach while he's coughing he also used some antibiotics bt still there is no effect in this cough

Cough for more than two weeks needs to be investigated thoroughly. You should contact your local physician and get himself clinically examined and investigated.
Few basic investigations which may be done are chest x-ray, complete blood count, ESR, Mantoux test, sputum for afb and gram stain.
Encourage to Take regular healthy meals and remain hydrated.
