Dry cough for 2 weeks
Hello Doctor,
My daughter is 2 years and 4 months old and has dry cough for almost 2 weeks now. She is fine for the whole day but starts coughing when she wakes up at night. She coughs for 5 mins and sleeps. Today she was coughing the whole day.
Please let me know what todo to get ride of the cough.

Hello.......Commen causes for cough in children are cold, flu, asthma, allergies, sinusitis etc... Give her steam inhalation.. Cough syrup may work for time being.. Consult pediatrician in nearest hospital. Complete examination is required for diagnosis. Doctor will do the needful.
