Dry cough chronic since 3 months
My son 18 years having dry cough since three months No fever and wheezing CBC test done eosinophils count was 10% and IGE was 290 Initially treated for allergic cough but not much improvement Then given tablet for GERD Sompraz 40 D Improvement observed and cough stopped after 7 days and normal But after stopping the medication again dry cough returns Please tell me what to do?
