I am having slight dry cough, that's causing rashness in my throat and lap slight nasal blockage and fever at 100°. What syrup and medicine should I take?

Good morning it’s seems you are suffering from allergies reaction .. please take Paracetamol tab 650 mg three times a day and Nasivion nasal drops 6-7 times per day, please consult a general physician near by
