Dry Black skin around mouth area

Asked for Male, 24 Years

It's been 2 weeks I've been having DryBlack skin below mouth area.. I've been using Cetaphil Moisturizer 2-3 times daily.. I even used Desowen lotion once daily for the initial 4-5 days.. Cetaphil Moisturizer was found to be effectuve but Dryness still persists.. I've had darkness around mouth area previously aswell but the Dryness happens to make It look more darker which is what I feel...
