Dry and White Skin with flakes
Skin is dry and White near tip of penal shaft. Slight irritation. Took norflox for urine irritation and burning sensation which has reduced but dry and white skin with flakes still persist.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, white and red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
