Very dry and torn feet and hand. I observed, first some red spots occur inside skin and then it got torn. If required I can share images

It can be palmoplantar keratoderma. Apply moisturisers over soles raise daily. Keep your feet protected from dust. Visit a dermatologist for closer inspection to decide whether you need oral medications too.
