I am 21 years old male.My two hands are rough and dry and my skin also.Besides, in winter time, my skin is more dry. please prescribed some moisturiser for me..its very urgent..Thank you.

You can use moisturiser of any good brand. Its not possible to write to write a brand name in open forum. Try to use soap less. Use soap twice in a week. Use glycerine based soap
