Dry and red skin above my lips
I have had this problem twice till now.. there is a red crust like thing that forms post extreme dryness near my lips..even after applying moisturiser and vaseline its getting dry very frequently and now its become a red band above my upper lip which has turned into black mark.. this pigmentation is not going whatever i do.. i need to inform you that im on thyroxine 50mcg. Please help me with this issue as it not only is looking bad but also is burning at times Thank your
