Dry and Dark Lip
My lips always remain dry and colour is little dark. I dont smoke or drink. I use borolin on lips and it makes lip soft for almost  hour but doesnt lighten lip colour. Plz suggest what to do. Which lip balm should i apply ( means brand ) ?
