Clonafit 0.50 MD (OD) said to be have interaction with Citrazin(CTZ) and paracetamol.
So shall we stop clonafit when taking CTZ??
Or there must be some gap of hours too??

Hi .. Thank you for sharing your query here ..
Clonafit contain clonazepam and cetrizine also have anti histamine property..
So combination drug can induce more sleep 💤.. but you can take it if required

The combination can lead to more sedation. You can decrease clonazepam dose from 0.5mg to 0.25mg when combining it with cetrizine. Keeping a gap between these two will not stop this interaction

Using cetirizine together with clonazePAM may increase side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people, especially the elderly, may also experience impairment in thinking, judgment, and motor coordination
