Drinking water more than 2 litres a day is difficult for me. It feels very plain and unappealing. Drinking sparkling water feels better, increases my water intake and speeds up digestion (my stomach feels lighter). I am planning to buy a sodamaker machine to convert plain water to sparkling water. No additives, just carbonated water.
Is it safe to replace all water intake with carbonated water (example, for bones and enamel)? Or should I consume half half?
