Dried up wounds in lower side of breast

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm exclusively breast feeding my baby (5 months old) Recently there are few red dots (looks like dried up wounds) is developed in lower side of left breast. Little bit pain is there around the area. Can someone please tell me what it is. Attached picture for reference
