Dreams about dead
I am not well since a month. I have been to various doctors like gynaecologist, general surgeon. But they are not able to diagnose the cause of my pain. Due to this my anxiety is increased. Recently I dreamt of a person who has already died. And today I dreamt about my grandmother who is also no more. I feel my symptoms are indicating something serious. Because I still have pain and its going on since a month. Does dreams about dead indicate anything serious?

No it is nothing serious. You should take treatment for anxiety. It may be a somatoform disorder. Visit a good clinical psychologist.

Hi Your experiences indicate that you could be having a form of anxiety disorder. Sometimes unexplained physical symptoms are seen in underlying anxiety, depression or stress reactions. Sleep disturbance and dreams could explain the same. I suggest you consult a psychiatrist for a detailed assessment & appropriate treatment. Regards
