Greetings Skin tanning is a normal response to sun exposure. Application of any moisturiser does not have any relation. Best is to apply good sunscreen daily and regularly . Physical protection in form of cap, hats, umbrella also helps

Thanks for the query. Irrespective of the moisturiser cream, if you go out in the sun the skin will become tan. You should either use a moisturiser with SPF or an additional layer of sunblock half an hour prior to exposure to sun. Outdoor activities make our skin tan. The only option is to wear protective full sleeves clothing and cover as much as possible. Usage of a cap or hat and umbrella is encouraged. Skin already tanned can be treated with de-pigmenting creams and other oral medications. A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sun block. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
Next Steps
Your dermatologist will decide a treatment plan for you after a consultation.
Health Tips
Apply Sunscreens regularly.
