Hello sir actually sir my child is 5 year old my concern is in last 2 months he had developed fever 3-4 times like firstly in march first weekthen we give antibiotic and paracetamol and fever completely subside then again in April in first week which again subside in 3-4 days after antibiotic and paracetamol and before 4 days also he had fever we give same medicine zifi 100 and paracetamol and fever completely cure in 1-2 days now he is not having any fever but my concern is why he developed fever 3-4 times in last 2 months actually my child is completely active playing watching TV and all but only concern is he developed fever 3-4 times in last 2 months which completely subside he is completely active we ask our pedritician he told it is viral fever
