Doubt regarding the surgery
Hi , I am suffering from bilateral varicocele grade 3 , was planning for surgery, after post surgery can I go to gym and start to weight lifts ...or how many days after post surgery can I resume my gym activities

Hello Precautions to be taken are Avoid heavy weight lifting of greater than 5kgs until 3 weeks post surgery Bike driving 5-7days post surgery

If done in minimally invasive manner you can start your work out within couple of days ... If done in open surgical route then 1 month is needed
