My kid got cold and cough from yesterday. Night at 9pm I gave combiflam 6ml. Her weight is 13kg Her temperature reduced within half an hour. Again her temperature raised at 6am in the morning and today at 1.30pm. Both times I gave combiflam syrup. But at 1.30pm her fever didn't reduce soon and she got fits and vomited her food and medicine within 15 min. So her temperature again raised at 5pm, so I gave combiflam now. During 1st 2 days of fever if her temperature doesn't reduce quickly, she gets fits. Also p250 doesn't work for her. Is there any equivalent medicine for combiflam? Should we repeat the combiflam if she comits within half an hour? She has also put her flu shot on Aug month 2024. Can we put her the flu shot again?
