Doubt reagrding HIV
I have oral sex In November 2019 with sex worker , i am fearing for HIV. I have tested for HIV 1 and 2 after 172 days (5.8 months) , Reports are non reactive by IMMUNOCHROMATOGRAPHIC METHOD ( TRI DOT) . DO I need to do other testing to confirm i am HIV negative. Further from last one month i am experiencing pain in lower abdomen and pain in testicles, i went to general physician and he  suggested that it may be due to some infection and given medicine for 14 days. Can you please provide cause of such pain.

The pain may be because of some muscle spasm, although it's difficult to comment without actually checking it. You can try tight underwear and use paracetamol tablet for pain relief. Do Ultrasound of Doppler if the pain persists and disturbs you.

You are not infected with HIV. Pain in abdomen and testicles may be coincidental. I agree with advices given by other colleagues. Consult a uro surgeon.
