Hai I am a 27 year old virgin. I don't have any history of sexual activity. For the last fews days I am suffering from sore throat and fever. Today i notice a small cyst in throat is it hpv?

Throat pain and fever can be due to bacterial/ viral / fungal infections . In your case it appears to be an acute pharyngitis only . Its unlikely to be HPV infection .
