Doubt clarification. Body or any reason?

Tested positive on 20th May. 1st dose of covishield vaccine put on 30th April. With doctor advise I took tablets Doxycycline, paracetamol, pantoprozole 40mg, tap- methylprednisolone 8mg, cap becosules zinc for 5days morning and night. After that stopped tablets. Only continuing zinc and dexorange syrup for morning and night. No diabetic. Home isolation. Now for 5days my tongue looks in corners alone lite bluish in colour. Sp02 is 96 97 98 like that. Other than tongue bluish I'm normal. In this pic it's not showing the colour. But straightly seeing it's visible. But only lite bluish not  dark. And also my one teeth was shaking before 1year itself. Now  mild pain is there. Because of that teeth remaining also teeth also chances the colour. It's because of that one teeth or covid problem? Which means still virus is there in body or any reason? Only doubt is teeth and tongue
