Doubt about my recovery

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I am suffering from anxiety, depression, constant headache, heavy head, hates noise, irritation, hallucinations, hypnotised by taunts ( due to an incident in college, my friends commented(taunts) on me and suddenly it happened that I felt everyone is giving taunts to me) , panic disorder etc ...these all symptoms are at its peak... . . So I want to ask can I take "Avena sativa Q (homeopathic medicine)" and allopathic medicine (attached in query) at the same time for fast recovery ???... Or these two medicines will interact with each other and show side effects??
