Doubt about Lumbosacral with PBH MRI
I, 23F, started experiencing right Pelvic pain which extends to right inner thigh, buttocks and right leg since Aug 2021. I did CT scan in Sept which did not find anything. After many wrong diagnosis, recently, I did MRI of Lumbosacral with Pelvis and Both Hip Joints (PBH). I have attached my MRI report. However, my pain location is near right plevis and right inner thigh and the report says pelvis bones and contents appear normal? Is this possible? I have excrutiating pain 3 days before menses and during my menses (which has worsened since Oct 2021) and I don't know if it is due to nerve compression caused by disc buldge. I strongly suspect Endometriosis or Fibroids too since I have tightness/heaviness sensation in my right pelvis all the time but the report did not find anything for pelvic area. Does a Lumbosacral with PBH MRI cover entire pelvic area and reproductive organs? And what does "Pelvic Contents" mean here? Please help it's been more than 5 months to the pain.

You have a disc injury. The report is very clear on that.
