Double vision
Dear doctor, I am facing the issue of double vision from past 3 days. I have quite good eyesight but this problem has arised suddenly. It is quite bothersome. I don't face the issue when i am seeing through one eye. Both my eyes give perfect vision when i look from single eye closing the other. But the double vision occurs when i am looking with both my eyes and look  to the left direction. Even when i am looking straight i don't face any problem but when i look to left direction i am facing this problem. What should i do about it and what might have been the cause. Please help

Looks like you have left eye 6th nerve paresis as no double vision in straight gaze. Need to know your blood pressure, diabetic status, history of trauma. May need brain MRI. If double vision is troubling patch your one eye. Consult ophthalmologist and neurologist.

You seem to have a muscle paralysis in your eye. This could be due to raised BP. You need to consult a neurologist and get an MRI Brain scan. for now u can patch one eye temporarily and start with eye drop cmc, 1 drop in both eyes, 3 times a day.

According to given history it seems like Left Eye Lateral rectus palsy or weakness. You should get yourself evaluated for Diabetes,Hypertension (BP), Giant cell arteritis and a complete body check up. You may require investigations like MRA brain and thorough neurological and eye check up. Usually microvascular sixth nerve palsy resolves back to normal in around 6 months. But immediate intervention and treatment is required.
Next Steps
Ma'am I would advise you to immediately meet your nearby Ophthalmologist and Neurophysician.
