Without my knowledge, My son took 10 ml of asthakind dx juinor syrup as he found the bottle on table on Saturday 21st , and from Sunday 22nd he is getting runny nose and slight cough , no fever . He is active , no other visible side effects .
(Note : last week he was on that medicine for cold and dry cough , no mucus, he had taken asthakind dx juinior syrup for a week as per doctors recommendation)
I want to know if runny nose n cough is the side effect of that overdose taken by my son ? Or this could be a new infection or allergy ?

These are not the side effects of asthakind dx. They may indicate a new infection. Please visit a pediatrician for check up and treatment. Please be careful and don't keep any medicines within reach of your child
